A great start with a Maintain, some good food and exercise done this week to get be back on track with it ending with a loss. AMAZING!! – Not a massive one but a loss all the same! Feeling so much better about myself with every pound I loose which is fab! Just keep going and take each day as it comes! Bring on the new week!
