Slimming World Tomato and Chilli Soup – SYN FREE

Peel and chop the carrots into small chunks

Add the carrots to a pan

Add the tin of beans and passata to the pan

Add in the chicken stock and  garlic + chilli

Add cumin and oregano and then Stir

Add Salt and Pepper and give one final stir.

Add mixture (a bit at a time) into a blender and blend until smooth

Once smooth add back to pan and warm though.

Serve.

2 Carrots
Passata
1 Tin of Beans
1 Pint of Chicken Stock
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Oregano
Salt and Pepper
