Slimming World Swede Mash – Syn Free

Peel and chop your swede into small chunks

Add to a pan, cover with boiling water and bring to the boil.

Simmer until swede is soft and cooked though.

Drain the swede and add back to the pan.

Add 50ml of vegetable stock to the swede

Add a small amount of grated nutmeg if you like now.

Add salt and pepper

Mash everything together. 

Serve on its own or With something like a stew or beef bourguignon.

Salt and Pepper
Nutmeg – optional
