EASY Slimming World Chicken Casserole – SYN FREE

Cut up your chicken into chunks.

Cut your Onion, carrot, swede, leeks, mushrooms

In a warming pan, spray some frylight

Add the cut up chicken and cook until browned.

Once cooked, remove from the pan and add onion and garlic until onions start to brown.

Add the tom puree and worcester sauce and mix.

Add chicken stock and bring to the boil.

Add chicken back to the pan and add your chopped up veg.

Add your paprika, rosemary + thyme and mix all together.

Add salt and pepper  stir and cover with a lid

Simmer on a low heat  for 30 mins.

Take lid off and add mushrooms stir

Simmer with lid off for an hour.

Check back on occasion and sir to ensure it doesn’t burn/stick. 

 After an hour it’s ready to serve.

Serve with salad, potato, rice or even on its own.

You will need:

3 medium Onions
3 carrots
1 leak
1/2 swede
2 chicken breasts
2 tsp or 2 gloves of garlic
2 tbsp tomato puree
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 litre of chicken stock
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp rosemary
2 tsp thyme
Salt and Pepper
*Mushrooms if you want to add some.
