Makes 12 – Syn free (Using your HEa/b)
First you will need to unwrap your baby bell cheese and roll them in a little flour. Then roll them in to the whisked up egg and then pop them in to the bread crumbs. This is called dredging for some reason but that always reminds me of cleaning out rivers of smelly mud so i like to call it crummin’
Then all we need to do is deep fry them in lard … sounds delicious but to keep them slimming friendly lets give them a sprits of frylight and pop them in to an oven at 180°C for around 12-15mins.
Careful when you take them out, they may look tasty and friendly but these little suckers can strip the roof of your mouth off before you can gulp a big mouthful of G&T! Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
Just give them 2-3mins to relax and then dip them in whatever you want. My favourite is dipping them in more cheese but lets stick to a little bit of sweet chilly sauce not too much though as thats all sugar!
