Slimming World Rainbow Root Mash – Syn Free

Cut up the veg into big chunks

Put in a pan and cover with boiling water

Simmer on a low hear for 15-20 minutes

Drain out the water from the pan when veg is soft

Put veg back into the pan and mash until smooth.

Add some salt and pepper to taste.

Mix all together

Serve.

This can be used as a side, instead of chips or normal potato mash or as a top to something like Shepherd’s Pie or Cottage pie. Its great and SYN FREE!!
