I’m making a change!
Due to not making enough progress, I have decided to change things over to calorie counting. I am going to continue doing HEA+B as i feel that they are an important part of a healthy diet, but instead of syning things I will be calorie counting. Not really done much of this before so I’m a bit nervous but have high hopes for it. We shall see what happens. If you of you have jumped over to this instead let me know how its working out in the comments.
